研究了三苯基磷在稀硫酸法水解玉米芯制备糠醛中的应用。在三苯基磷用量占玉米芯总量的0.05%~0.5%范围内,考察了三苯基磷的量对糠醛收率的影响。实验结果表明:随着三苯基磷用量的增加,糠醛收率明显提高,当三苯基磷加入量为玉米芯总量的0.25%时,糠醛收率升至86.0%,同传统工艺相比,糠醛收率提高20%~25%。由此可见,通过添加三苯基磷的途径可大幅度提高糠醛收率,在稀硫酸法水解玉米芯制备糠醛工艺中将具有良好的应用前景。
研究瞭三苯基燐在稀硫痠法水解玉米芯製備糠醛中的應用。在三苯基燐用量佔玉米芯總量的0.05%~0.5%範圍內,攷察瞭三苯基燐的量對糠醛收率的影響。實驗結果錶明:隨著三苯基燐用量的增加,糠醛收率明顯提高,噹三苯基燐加入量為玉米芯總量的0.25%時,糠醛收率升至86.0%,同傳統工藝相比,糠醛收率提高20%~25%。由此可見,通過添加三苯基燐的途徑可大幅度提高糠醛收率,在稀硫痠法水解玉米芯製備糠醛工藝中將具有良好的應用前景。
연구료삼분기린재희류산법수해옥미심제비강철중적응용。재삼분기린용량점옥미심총량적0.05%~0.5%범위내,고찰료삼분기린적량대강철수솔적영향。실험결과표명:수착삼분기린용량적증가,강철수솔명현제고,당삼분기린가입량위옥미심총량적0.25%시,강철수솔승지86.0%,동전통공예상비,강철수솔제고20%~25%。유차가견,통과첨가삼분기린적도경가대폭도제고강철수솔,재희류산법수해옥미심제비강철공예중장구유량호적응용전경。
The application of triphenylphosphine as an additive in the production of furfural was researched. The effect of the amount of triphenylphosphine on furfural yield was investigated in the range of 0.05%--0.5% of corncob's weight. The result shows that furfural yield reached 86% with triphenylphosphine's amount of 0.25% in corncobs. Furfural yield was improved 20--25 percent compared to the traditional process. Therefore, the addition of triphenylphosphine could improve furfural yield obviously, which would have a mood prospect in furfural production.
