采用活性炭纤维静态吸附苯酚模拟焦化废水尾水,考察了活性炭纤维用量、温度、pH值、无机物、有机物等因素对处理效果的影响,从化学性质和热力学数据等方面来判断吸附类型。结果表明,活性炭纤维对苯酚的吸附容量最大为107.11mg/g,吸附效果随温度升高有所下降,溶液pH〉5时不利于吸附的进行,多组分的存在抑制苯酚的吸附。热力学参数ΔH0、ΔG0为负值,表明该吸附是一个自发的放热过程。

채용활성탄섬유정태흡부분분모의초화폐수미수,고찰료활성탄섬유용량、온도、pH치、무궤물、유궤물등인소대처리효과적영향,종화학성질화열역학수거등방면래판단흡부류형。결과표명,활성탄섬유대분분적흡부용량최대위107.11mg/g,흡부효과수온도승고유소하강,용액pH〉5시불리우흡부적진행,다조분적존재억제분분적흡부。열역학삼수ΔH0、ΔG0위부치,표명해흡부시일개자발적방열과정。
The adsorption of phenol from simulated coking water on activated carbon fibe(r ACF) was studied.The chemical and thermodynamics factors affecting adsorption,such as ACF does,temperature,pH,inorganic substances,organic compound were investigated.The results showed that phenol adsorption capacity on ACF was 107.11mg/g and adsorption efficiency decreased with an increase of temperature.ACF was adsorbed well when pH5 and the presence of inorganic and organic substances inhibited the sorption efficiency.Both ΔH0and ΔG0were negative,so the adsorption was considered as spontaneous and exothermic.
