目的：观察祛风止痒方联合针刺治疗变应性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法将60例变应性结膜炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例（60眼），予祛风止痒方联合针刺治疗；对照组30例（60眼），予富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液治疗。2组均治疗7d为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察比较治疗前后临床症状（眼痒、畏光、烧灼感、异物感、流泪）、体征（结膜水肿、结膜充血、皮肤红肿、分泌物）的变化，并进行量化积分的比较。结果2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义，治疗组疗效优于对照组（ P＜0．05）；2组治疗后临床症状、体征积分较治疗前均有明显降低（P＜0．05），且治疗组降低更明显（P＜0．05），治疗组对临床症状、体征的改善优于对照组。结论祛风止痒方配合针刺治疗变应性结膜炎临床疗效确切，可明显改善眼痒、畏光、烧灼感、异物感、流泪症状，减轻结膜水肿、结膜充血、皮肤红肿、分泌物体征，促进病情恢复，有一定临床应用价值。
목적：관찰거풍지양방연합침자치료변응성결막염적림상료효。방법장60례변응성결막염환자수궤분위2조。치료조30례（60안），여거풍지양방연합침자치료；대조조30례（60안），여부마산의미사정적안액치료。2조균치료7d위1개료정，2개료정후관찰비교치료전후림상증상（안양、외광、소작감、이물감、류루）、체정（결막수종、결막충혈、피부홍종、분비물）적변화，병진행양화적분적비교。결과2조료효비교차이유통계학의의，치료조료효우우대조조（ P＜0．05）；2조치료후림상증상、체정적분교치료전균유명현강저（P＜0．05），차치료조강저경명현（P＜0．05），치료조대림상증상、체정적개선우우대조조。결론거풍지양방배합침자치료변응성결막염림상료효학절，가명현개선안양、외광、소작감、이물감、류루증상，감경결막수종、결막충혈、피부홍종、분비물체정，촉진병정회복，유일정림상응용개치。
Objective To observe the effect of allergic conjunctivitis treated by combination of a prescription for dispelling wind and arresting itching and acupuncture treatment .Methods 60 cases of allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into treatment group ( n=60 eyes ) , which were treated by combination of a prescription for dispelling wind and arresting itching and acupuncture treatment and control group ( n=60 eyes ) , which was treated by emedastine difumarate eye drops .The course was seven days in two groups .After two courses changes of clinical symptoms ( including ocular itching , photophobia , burning , foreign body sensation , tearing symptoms ) and sign (conjunctival edema, conjunctival hyperemia, skin irritation, discharge signs)were observed and compared by inte-gral to quantify.Results The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). The score of the clinical symptoms and signs after treatment was significantly decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups (P<0.05).The decrease in treatment group was more obvious (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of a prescription for dispelling wind and arresting itching and acupuncture treatment has definite effect on allergic conjunctivitis .It can significant improve in ocular itching , photophobia , burning , foreign body sensation , tearing symptoms, reduce conjunctival edema , conjunctival hyperemia , skin irritation, discharge signs, promote dis-ease recovery , there are some clinical value .
