目的：观察穴位注射联合注射用血栓通治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症（ ASO）的临床疗效。方法将120例ASO患者随机分为2组，治疗组60例予复方当归注射液足三里、三阴交穴位注射，配合注射用血栓通静脉滴注，对照组60例仅给予注射用血栓通静脉滴注，观察2组治疗前后主观症状、踝肱指数（ ABI）、趾肱指数（ TBI）、最大跛行距离的变化。结果治疗组总有效率96．67％，对照组80．17％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。2组治疗后的ABI、TBI均上升，跛行距离延长，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05，P＜0．01），且治疗组TBI、跛行距离改善情况优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论复方当归注射液穴位注射液联合注射用血栓通治疗ASO简便有效，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰혈위주사연합주사용혈전통치료하지동맥경화폐새증（ ASO）적림상료효。방법장120례ASO환자수궤분위2조，치료조60례여복방당귀주사액족삼리、삼음교혈위주사，배합주사용혈전통정맥적주，대조조60례부급여주사용혈전통정맥적주，관찰2조치료전후주관증상、과굉지수（ ABI）、지굉지수（ TBI）、최대파행거리적변화。결과치료조총유효솔96．67％，대조조80．17％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。2조치료후적ABI、TBI균상승，파행거리연장，여치료전비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05，P＜0．01），차치료조TBI、파행거리개선정황우우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론복방당귀주사액혈위주사액연합주사용혈전통치료ASO간편유효，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the effect of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans ( ASO) treated by combination of acupoint injection and xueshuantong injection .Methods 120 ASO patients were randomly divided into two groups .60 cases in treatment group received combination of acupoint injection ( Compound Angelica point in-jection Zusanli Sanyinjiao ) and xueshuantong injection .60 cases in control group received the drug intravenously on-ly.The changes of subjective symptom , ABI, TBI and maximum claudication distance before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group (96.67%) was higher than that in control group (80.17%, P<0.05).ABI and TBI after treatment were increased , and claudication distance was extended as com-pared with those before treatment in two groups (P<0.05, P<0.01).The improvement of TBI and claudication dis-tance in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of acupoint in-jection and xueshuantong injection has simple and convenient , effective on arteriosclerosis obliterans .
