目的：观察针灸联合中药辨证治疗女性慢性功能性便秘（ CFC ）的临床疗效。方法将289例女性CFC患者随机分为2组。治疗组193例根据不同证型给予针灸联合中药辨证施治，对照组96例给予西药治疗。2周为1个疗程，1个疗程后比较2组临床疗效及不良反应率。结果治疗组总有效率92．6％，对照组65．3％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；对照组不良反应率22．2％，观察组不良反应率9．2％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论根据辨证分型，针药结合治疗女性CFC，疗效显著，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰침구연합중약변증치료녀성만성공능성편비（ CFC ）적림상료효。방법장289례녀성CFC환자수궤분위2조。치료조193례근거불동증형급여침구연합중약변증시치，대조조96례급여서약치료。2주위1개료정，1개료정후비교2조림상료효급불량반응솔。결과치료조총유효솔92．6％，대조조65．3％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；대조조불량반응솔22．2％，관찰조불량반응솔9．2％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론근거변증분형，침약결합치료녀성CFC，료효현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of women with chronic constipation .Methods 289 female patients with chronic functional constipation were randomly divided into 2 groups .The treatment group of 193 cases re-ceived acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation according to the different syn -dromes, 96 cases in the control group were given western medicine therapy .The course was 2 weeks in two groups.Af-ter a course the efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared in two groups .Results The total ef-fective rate of treatment group was 92.6%and 65.3%in control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05);adverse reaction rate of control group was 22.2%, the side effects of the treatment group was 9.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion According to differentiation of symptoms and signs , combined acupuncture and medicine for treating women with chronic constipation has obvious curative effect , is worth the clini-cal promotion .
