目的：分析针灸理疗加小续命汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取山东省德州市齐河县晏城街道卫生院理疗科2012年9月到2013年9月治疗的70例神经根型颈椎病患者，将这些患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组。每组患者各35例，观察组患者采用针灸、理疗加小续命汤加减治疗。对照组进行单纯针灸理疗。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率达到94.3%，对照组总有效率77.2，观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针灸、理疗加小续命汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著，值得临床推广和应用。
목적：분석침구리료가소속명탕가감치료신경근형경추병적림상료효。방법선취산동성덕주시제하현안성가도위생원리료과2012년9월도2013년9월치료적70례신경근형경추병환자，장저사환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조량조。매조환자각35례，관찰조환자채용침구、리료가소속명탕가감치료。대조조진행단순침구리료。결과관찰조환자치료후적총유효솔체도94.3%，대조조총유효솔77.2，관찰조치료효과명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론침구、리료가소속명탕가감치료신경근형경추병료효현저，치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 70 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy selected from september 2012 to september 2013 in physiotherapy department of Yancheng street health center of Qihe county were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 patients in each group. Patients in observation group were treated with physiotherapy of acupuncture combined with Xiaoxuming decoction, while patients in control group were given pure acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.Results the total effective rate reached to 94.3% in the observation group after treatment, while this rate was 77.2% in the control group. The treatment effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion the physiotherapy of acupuncture combined with Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has great curative effect. it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
