目的：探讨经蝶窦手术与经颅手术治疗垂体瘤的疗效。方法取我院2011年至2012年100例垂体瘤患者进行研究，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组50例，观察组经蝶窦手术，对照组经颅手术，对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、引流量、下床时间、住院时间、血糖水平等。结果经治疗后，观察组患者各指标水平明显优于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论经蝶窦手术治疗能有效减少患者创伤，降低并发症发生率，值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：탐토경접두수술여경로수술치료수체류적료효。방법취아원2011년지2012년100례수체류환자진행연구，수궤분성관찰조화대조조，매조50례，관찰조경접두수술，대조조경로수술，대비량조환자수술시간、술중출혈량、인류량、하상시간、주원시간、혈당수평등。결과경치료후，관찰조환자각지표수평명현우우대조조，조간비교차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론경접두수술치료능유효감소환자창상，강저병발증발생솔，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective to investigate the efficacy of transsphenoidal surgery and transcranial surgery in patients with pituitary tumor. Methods 100 cases of pituitary tumors selected from 2011 to 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. the patients in observation group were given transsphenoidal surgery, while transcranial surgery was used to treat patients in control group. then these indexes were compared between two groups including surgical time, blood loss, volume of drainage, bed time, hospitalization time, blood sugar levels and so on. Results after treatment, the levels of each index of patients in observation group were superior to that in the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion the transsphenoidal surgery can effectively reduce the space of patient trauma and lower complication rates and it is worthy of clinical application.
