自媒体时代已经来临，院校教育工作者如何顺应潮流、主动作为，引导校园文化向着积极向上、温馨和谐的方向发展已成为现实课题。本文从介绍自媒体的定义特点入手，分析了学生的思维方式和行为习惯，并提出了自媒体时代如何对学生教育引导、促进校园文化健康发展的措施。

The era of we media has come, so it has become a real-istic topic of college education workers to actively guide campus culture to develop towards a positive and harmonious direction, in order to meed the trend of the era. Starting from introducing the definition and characteristics of we media, this paper analyzed students' thinking styles and behavior habits, and proposed mea-sures of educating and guiding students, and promoting the healthy development of campus culture in the era of we media.
