Organic chemistry experimental teaching in university is an important practical teaching in advanced chemical educa-tion. According to the characteristics and open problems of or-ganic chemistry experimental teaching, this paper explores how to train the comprehensive quality including developing college stu-dents' good experimental habits, playing a positive initiative, and standardizing basic skills.
