This paper introduced the construction of an assurance mechanism for the comprehensive improvement of postgraduate education in China University of Mining and Technology through the reforms on enrollment and selection system, talent cultivation model and management system, with morality establishment and talent cultivation as the basis, quality improvement as the core, and the improvement of innovation ability as the key.
