产学研合作是高职院校培养应用型人才的有效模式，也是企业寻求科技支撑、实现科学发展的必然要求。江苏高职院校坚持产学研结合的办学方针，在校企合作、工学结合人才培养等方面取得了显著成效，但同时也存在着问题。本文结合淮安信息职业技术学院等江苏高职院校产学研教学实践，对深化江苏省高职院校产学研结合的策略进行探讨。
產學研閤作是高職院校培養應用型人纔的有效模式，也是企業尋求科技支撐、實現科學髮展的必然要求。江囌高職院校堅持產學研結閤的辦學方針，在校企閤作、工學結閤人纔培養等方麵取得瞭顯著成效，但同時也存在著問題。本文結閤淮安信息職業技術學院等江囌高職院校產學研教學實踐，對深化江囌省高職院校產學研結閤的策略進行探討。
산학연합작시고직원교배양응용형인재적유효모식，야시기업심구과기지탱、실현과학발전적필연요구。강소고직원교견지산학연결합적판학방침，재교기합작、공학결합인재배양등방면취득료현저성효，단동시야존재착문제。본문결합회안신식직업기술학원등강소고직원교산학연교학실천，대심화강소성고직원교산학연결합적책략진행탐토。
Production-study-research cooperation is an effective model of cultivating applied talents in higher vocational colleges, as well as a necessary demand of enterprises to seek scientific and technological support and realize scientific development. The educational policy of production-study-research cooperation is insisted in higher vocational colleges of Jiangsu, and significant results have been achieved in college-enterprise cooperation and work-study integrated talent cultivation, but problems still exist. Combined with the production-study-research cooperation teaching practice in higher vocational colleges of Jiangsu includ-ing Huaian College of Information Technology, this paper ex-plored the strategies of deepening production-study-research cooperation in higher vocational colleges of Jiangsu Province.
