本文根据我国高校本科生科研能力培养过程中存在的主要问题，提出本科生科研能力分层培养管理模式的新思路以及分层培养管理模式的实施方法。并以杭州电子科技大学管理学院为例，详细阐述和分析了杭州电子科技大学管理学院本科生科研能力分层培养管理模式的具体实施方法、保障措施和实施过程中存在的不足。

According to the main problems existing in the process of research capability training of undergraduates in Chinese universities,the text puts forward some new ideas and implementation methods about hierarchical cultivation management mode of rese arch capability of undergraduates. Taking Management School of Hangzhou Dianzi University as an example, the text introduces and analyzes the specific implementation methods, safeguard measures and existing problems in the process of implementation of hierarchical cultivation management mode of research capability of undergraduates in Management School of Hangzhou Dianzi University.
