反渗透膜浓缩液的产生成为渗滤液处理的二次污染问题。本试验采用过硫酸根深度氧化处理膜浓缩液,筛选最佳催化剂,并探讨催化剂投加量、pH和温度等因素对膜浓缩液有机物去除效果的影响。结果表明:相比Fe2+、Ag+和Mn2+,Fe0作为过硫酸钾氧化过程的催化剂在降解有机物和处理经济成本方面具有显著优势;反应条件最佳范围为pH<3,温度>45℃,K2S2O8:Fe0>10,可稳定保持COD去除率在80%以上。
反滲透膜濃縮液的產生成為滲濾液處理的二次汙染問題。本試驗採用過硫痠根深度氧化處理膜濃縮液,篩選最佳催化劑,併探討催化劑投加量、pH和溫度等因素對膜濃縮液有機物去除效果的影響。結果錶明:相比Fe2+、Ag+和Mn2+,Fe0作為過硫痠鉀氧化過程的催化劑在降解有機物和處理經濟成本方麵具有顯著優勢;反應條件最佳範圍為pH<3,溫度>45℃,K2S2O8:Fe0>10,可穩定保持COD去除率在80%以上。

Concentrated leachate was a by-product of landfill leachate treatment based on membrane separation process. In this paper, the advanced oxidation processes of concentrated leachate based on persulfate were investigated. The results was shown that the catalytic effect of zero-valent iron for persulfate was greater than Fe2+、Ag+and Mn2+. And under the conditions of the pH values lower than 3, temperatures higher than 45℃ and the mass ratio of K2S2O8 and Fe0 greater than 10, the removal rates of COD in the effluent was stable above 80%.
