介绍了一种旋流电解装置的管盖自动成组开合技术及设备。该设备采用传感技术实现了锁紧机构的自动定位,采用气动浮动结构设计解决了槽盖中心位置误差大、自动对中难的问题,柔性带传动设计保证了每个槽盖的开合力矩的均匀,从而实现了快速开启与合上成组管盖,解决了人工开合盖劳动强度大、操作工人易受强腐蚀性电解液伤害的问题。

The paper analyzes an automatic grouping opening-closing technology of pipe/cover and equipment for swirl electrolysis device. The equipment adopts sensing technology for implementation of automatic positioning of locking mechanism. Application of pneumatic floating structure design can resolve many problems, such as big error in tank cover central position, difficult automatic centering, design of flexible belt drive can ensure even opening/closing moment of every tank cover to achieve rapid opening/closing of grouped pipe cover, and can resolve the problems of large labor strength of opening/closing cover by hand and harm to operation workers susceptible to highly corrosive electrolyte.
