目的：探讨新生儿高胆红素血症对听力的影响。方法对44例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）检测，并选取32例健康无黄疸表现的新生儿为对照组。结果44例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿BAEP异常率65.9％，明显高于对照组，且胆红素水平越高，BAEP异常率越高。29例BAEP异常患儿出院后随访复查大部分恢复。结论高胆红素血症可导致新生儿听力受损，高胆红素血症新生儿应早期行BAEP检测，如予早期积极干预，听力损害多能恢复正常。
목적：탐토신생인고담홍소혈증대은력적영향。방법대44례신생인고담홍소혈증환인진행뇌간은각유발전위（BAEP）검측，병선취32례건강무황달표현적신생인위대조조。결과44례신생인고담홍소혈증환인BAEP이상솔65.9％，명현고우대조조，차담홍소수평월고，BAEP이상솔월고。29례BAEP이상환인출원후수방복사대부분회복。결론고담홍소혈증가도치신생인은력수손，고담홍소혈증신생인응조기행BAEP검측，여여조기적겁간예，은력손해다능회복정상。
Objective To explore the impact of hyperbilirubinemia of the newborn on the hearing by brainstem au-ditory evoked potential (BAEP) test. Methods Forty-four cases of newborn hyperbilirubinemia underwent BAEP test, and 32 neonatal who were healthy and without jaundice were composed of the control group. Results The abnormal rate of BAEP was 65.9%, which was significantly higher than the control group. And the levels of bilirubin was positively related to the abnormal rate of BAEP. After discharged from the hospital and during follow-up visits, 29 cases with abnormal BAEP recovered mostly. Conclusion Hyperbilirubinemia of the newborn may lead to neonatal auditory nerve damage, and the hyperbilirubinemia of the newborn should undergo BAEP test early. Hearing loss can be recovered, if aggressive inter-vention initiated early.
