将斜管浓密箱应用于山西某褐铁矿选矿厂,对-0.074mm粒级含量71.83%的尾矿进行浓密处理,浓缩效果良好,其底流浓度为43.1%~46.3%,底流浓缩比可达到3.62,其溢流含固量为3.1%~3.6%,可作为选矿厂的循环用水.

The application of inclined-tube thickening in concentrating tailings of a certain limonite mill of Shanxi province .It has been successfully tested on feed 71 .83% particle size range -0 .074mm content . T he overflow solids density is 3 .1%-3 .6% ,the underflow solids density is 43 .1%-46 .3% ,and the con-centrate ratio of overflow to feed is 3 .62 .
