__摘_梵王寺煤矿主井设计深度650m,净直径8.5m,采用全深冻结法凿井。井筒特大型箕斗装载硐室底板垂深566m,掘进总体积7079m3,掘进宽度15.356m,采用锚网索喷+钢筋混凝土碹联合支护,混凝土支护量3533m3,强度等级C80。通过对硐室支护参数进一步优化,优选施工方案和施工工艺,在对穿过硐室的冻结管合理处理的基础上,采用先拱后墙、分部分段、自上而下施工方法刷掘,再自下而上与井筒一道立模浇筑永久支护,实现了安全、优质、快速、高效施工。

A designed depth of a mine main shaft in Fanwangsi Mine was 650m with a net diameter of 8.5m and was sunk with a full depth freezing method. A vertical depth of a floor in the ultra large skip loading chamber in the mine shaft was 566m. A total excavation volume of the loading chamber was 7 079m3 and an excavation width of the loading chamber was 15.356m. A combined support with bolt/steel mesh/anchor/shotcreting + reinforced concrete was applied to the loading chamber ,a concrete support volume of the loading chamber was 3 533m3 and the strength grade was C80. With a further optimization on the support parameters of the chamber and an optimal selection on the construction plan and construction technique ,based on the rational treatment of the freezing pipes w hen the pipes passed through the chamber ,a construction method with an arch construction first and then a wall construction second ,a partial and sectional construction and from a top to bottom construction was ap-plied to the excavation of the chamber and a vertical formwork concrete pouring was conducted with the mine shaft from bottom to top for the permanent support. Thus a safety ,excellent quality ,rapid and high efficient construction was realized.
