针对我国高校线性代数教学现状，借鉴国内外高校教学改革经验及国际化趋势，提出MATLAB软件平台融入商科院校线性代数课程教学改革的几点设想：注重思想方法，与商科实际应用问题相结合；注重科学计算能力，与数学实验课程相结合；根据学生的水平和专业需要来组织教学内容，培养能充分运用数学技术解决经济管理实际问题的应用型人才。

Aiming at the current situation of linear algebra teaching in universities, with the reference of foreign teaching reform and the international trend, the paper puts forward several conceptions by integrating MATLAB platform into the linear algebra teaching reform: paying special attention to ideas and methods to solve the practical problems in finance; cultivating scientific calculation ability to adapt to mathematical experiment class; organizing the teaching contents according to students'level and major requirements; cultivating applied specialized talents with strong quantitative analysis ability; and practical abilities to solve financial management problems by using mathematical modeling and experiments.
