高校大学生出现了厌学、焦虑、恐惧、强迫、抑郁、神经衰弱,甚至更为严重的心理健康问题,对他们的身心发展极为不利。通过对高校大学生心理健康状况的调查分析和研究,提出了高校开展心理健康教育的途径和方法:要发挥课堂教学的主渠道作用,积极推进心理健康知识进课堂;要发挥全员育人的辅助作用,全面开展大学生心理健康教育;要充分发挥大学生的主体作用,满足他们自我成长的心理需要;要发挥校园文化潜移默化的影响作用,努力营造良好的校园氛围;要发挥心理咨询与辅导的沟通作用,为大学生提供及时有效的心理健康指导与服务;要发挥大学生心理危机预防与干预体系的预防作用,保证学生健康成长。

The mental problems of being tired of school work anxiety fear obsessive depression neurasthenia and other more serious mental health problems of the college students which is disadvantageous to their physical and mental development .Through the investigation and analysis of college students mental health in colleges and universities the approaches for colleges and universities are put forward as follows to play a role of main channel of class teaching to actively promote the psychological health knowledge into the classroom to play the auxiliary function of the overall education and make the mental health education expand to make the main body function of the students effect to meet their need of self -growth and to make the campus play its role of influencing to exert a good campus atmospher .To apply the communicative role of psychological counseling to provide mental health guide and service for the students and to exert the role of psychological crisis prevention to ensure healthy growth of students .
