作为社会转型时期一个数量庞大的群体，新生代农民工的政治参与在一定程度上代表了中国基层民主的发展程度，对促进社会和谐稳定及公平正义，构建和谐社会有着重要的意义。应针对新生代农民工政治参与面临的困境，制定有效、可行的措施，从根本上改善他们政治参与的状况，推动新生代农民工走向合法有序的政治参与之路。
作為社會轉型時期一箇數量龐大的群體，新生代農民工的政治參與在一定程度上代錶瞭中國基層民主的髮展程度，對促進社會和諧穩定及公平正義，構建和諧社會有著重要的意義。應針對新生代農民工政治參與麵臨的睏境，製定有效、可行的措施，從根本上改善他們政治參與的狀況，推動新生代農民工走嚮閤法有序的政治參與之路。

The political participation of the new-generation migrant workers,being a giant group in the social transition period,represents to some degree the development of basic-level democracy in China and plays an important role in promoting social harmony,stability,equity and justice and building the harmonious society. We should take feasible and effective measures according to the actual difficulties faced by the new-generation migrant workers in political participation,and improve from the root the conditions of their political participa-tion,so as to help them participate in politics in a legal and orderly way.
