针对现行的有机硅密封胶下垂度检测方法（GB/T 13477.6-2002）存在的检测结果区分度不好的问题，提出了改进意见：将下垂度检测工具由槽形模具改为水平推出装置，并对检测方法作相应调整。对采用这两种方法检测的数据进行了比对论证。结果表明，采用改进后的检测方法检测有机硅密封胶的下垂度，其检测结果的可行性、可靠性及重现性较好，同时具有以下优点：检测数据区分度大，检测结果更能反映密封胶在流动性上的差异，更符合实际应用要求；检测操作简便快捷，可大大缩短测试时间。

The poor resolution defects in national standard (GB/T 13477 . 6-2002 )on sagging test of sil-icone sealant were improved. The groove shaped mold of the test device has been changed into the horizontal direction,and then the detection method has been adjusted accordingly. Results show that the improved detec-tion method has the characteristics of the feasibility,reliability and reproducibility. It also has some advantage of good discrimination,and reflects the differences of the sealant in the liquidity. The result is more suitable for practical application. The method is simple and fast in operation and saves a lot of time.
