为了提高突发事件应急救援的效率，应急物资分类的科学性是应急物资调拨与配送的关键环节之一。通过分析既有应急物资分类以及聚类算法存在的问题，提出了基于改进 K 均值聚类的应急物资分类方法，构建了基于K 均值的粒子群优化算法设计。最后，选取了206种最为常用的应急物资为例，采用 Matlab 软件平台分析计算。结果表明：基于改进 K 均值聚类 POS 算法全局寻优能力明显要强于其他聚类算法。为应急决策者提供一定的理论依据。

To improve the emergency rescue efficiency of emergent events,the scientificity of clas-sification method of emergency materials is one of the key links in distribution.Based on the anal-ysis of existing problems in emergency classification method and clustering algorithm,the classifi-cation method of emergency materials based on improved K-means is proposed to set up the parti-cle swarm optimization algorithm on the basis of K-means clustering algorithm.Finally,206 kinds of emergency materials have been analyzed and Matlab software is used to calculate.The results show that POS algorithm based on K-means is superior to other clustering algorithm,and it can provide theory basis for the decision-maker.
