卫星城市发展规模逐步扩大，与中心城市的距离也逐步增加，中心城市出租车数量的简单增加难以解决卫星城市的出租车交通出行需求。以兰州市西固区为例，针对区域出租车的运营范围、经营权使用期限、投放量、运营模式及定价方案五个方面进行了分析研究，并提出适合卫星城市的区域出租车方案。
衛星城市髮展規模逐步擴大，與中心城市的距離也逐步增加，中心城市齣租車數量的簡單增加難以解決衛星城市的齣租車交通齣行需求。以蘭州市西固區為例，針對區域齣租車的運營範圍、經營權使用期限、投放量、運營模式及定價方案五箇方麵進行瞭分析研究，併提齣適閤衛星城市的區域齣租車方案。

The satellite city development scale expands gradually,and the distance from the central city is also gradually increasing.The simple increase of the taxi number in central city is difficult to meet the requirement of the taxi of the satellite city.By taking Xigu Area as an example,the taxi operation range,service life of management right,taxi quantity,operation mode and pricing are analyzed,and a suitable taxi program for the regional satellite city is presented.
