通过改进的有效折射率法求解 S 形矩形波导的弯曲损耗,并在此基础上给出了波导的弯曲损耗系数与波导的横截面的宽度与高度的对应关系,并且对幂函数、正弦、余弦3种函数的 S 形弯曲波导的损耗进行了对比研究。结果表明,当波导尺寸相同时,余弦函数的 S 形波导的损耗比正弦、幂函数都小;当波导长度 L 增大到500μm时,余弦函数的弯曲损耗减小到接近0,所以在 S 形弯曲波导的路径设计中应选择余弦形函数。这对集成光学中光路的设计有一定的指导意义。
通過改進的有效摺射率法求解 S 形矩形波導的彎麯損耗,併在此基礎上給齣瞭波導的彎麯損耗繫數與波導的橫截麵的寬度與高度的對應關繫,併且對冪函數、正絃、餘絃3種函數的 S 形彎麯波導的損耗進行瞭對比研究。結果錶明,噹波導呎吋相同時,餘絃函數的 S 形波導的損耗比正絃、冪函數都小;噹波導長度 L 增大到500μm時,餘絃函數的彎麯損耗減小到接近0,所以在 S 形彎麯波導的路徑設計中應選擇餘絃形函數。這對集成光學中光路的設計有一定的指導意義。
통과개진적유효절사솔법구해 S 형구형파도적만곡손모,병재차기출상급출료파도적만곡손모계수여파도적횡절면적관도여고도적대응관계,병차대멱함수、정현、여현3충함수적 S 형만곡파도적손모진행료대비연구。결과표명,당파도척촌상동시,여현함수적 S 형파도적손모비정현、멱함수도소;당파도장도 L 증대도500μm시,여현함수적만곡손모감소도접근0,소이재 S 형만곡파도적로경설계중응선택여현형함수。저대집성광학중광로적설계유일정적지도의의。
The bending loss of S-shaped rectangle waveguide is solved by the improved effective in-dex method.On this basis,the corresponding relation between the bending loss coefficient and the width and height of cross section of the waveguide is given.In addition,the bending loss of sine function,cosine function and power function of S-shaped bend waveguide is studied.The result shows that the bending loss of cosine function is smaller than that of sine function and power function;when the waveguide length increases to 500μm,the bending loss reduces to near 0,so it is best to choose cosine function for designing bending path of S-shaped optical waveguide.And it is useful for optical design in integrated optics.
