介绍了五虎山煤矿1201工作面CO浓度超限情况并分析了其原因,针对该工作面实际特点,采取了均(增)压防灭火措施进行治理。措施实施后,工作面的回风量稳定在650 m3/min,进风量为673 m3/min,采空区的漏风量控制在20 m3/min左右;工作面的上隅角、尾巷内几乎监测不到CO气体,没有出现因CO超限而影响工作面安全生产;上部煤层的老火区也得到了一定程度的控制。

This paper gave a description of the situation of CO concentration overrun in 1202 working face in Wuhushan Coal Mine and analyzed the cause of its overrun, to counter the actual characters of the face, the fire control measures by air pressure balance was taken in this working face. After the implementation of this fire control measure, the air-return quantity remained in 650 m3/min and the air-intake quantity in 673 m3/min, the air leakage in the gob was controlled in about 20 m3/min, CO was hardly detected at the upper corner angle and in the tail gate of the face, no CO concentration overrun affected the safe production in this face;in addition, the old fire areas in the upper seams were under control to a certain extent.
