针对井下瓦斯抽采管道的检漏问题,提出了一种基于超声波检测的瓦斯抽采管道检漏技术,并研发了相应的便携式检漏设备。通过在实验室进行管道泄漏模拟实验,得到了泄漏孔洞处产生的声波频率与测定距离和管道负压之间的数学关系模型,并验证了超声波检漏仪的检漏准确率达100%,检测范围达0.2~1.5 m,满足工业生产的需要。

To counter the problem of the leakage detection of gas drainage pipelines in coal mines, a leakage detection technology for gas drainage pipelines based on ultrasonic inspection was proposed and a corresponding portable leakage detection device was developed. Through the simulation test of the pipeline leakage in the laboratory, a mathematical relation models between the acoustic frequency at the leak holes and measurement distance and the negative pressure of the pipeline was set up. The verification indicated that the accuracy of the ultrasonic leakage detector was up to 100% and its detection range was from 0.2 m to 1. 5 m, which can meet the requirements of the industrial production.
