介绍了天固封孔材料在淮南谢家集一矿的应用情况,并将其与传统水泥砂浆材料进行对比,从钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度、浓度分布以及浓度衰减程度等方面分析了天固材料的封孔性能,结果表明,采用天固封孔材料封孔的钻场钻孔抽采瓦斯平均浓度为85.1%,而用水泥砂浆封孔的钻场钻孔抽采瓦斯平均浓度为45.6%,并且使用天固封孔材料的钻孔封孔效果更加稳定、浓度衰减程度更小。

In this paper, the application of Tiangu hole-sealing material in Huainan Xiejiaji No. 1 Mine was described, its comparison with the traditional cement mortar was made, and analysis was carried out on the hole-sealing performance of Tiangu material from the gas drainage concentration by boreholes, the gas concentration distribution and the degree of gas concentration decay. The results indicated that the average gas drainage concentration from the holes sealed with Tiangu material was 85. 1%, and that from the holes sealed by cement mortar was only 45. 6%, the hole-sealing effect of Tiangu material was more stable and the degree of gas concentration decay is much small.
