以兖州矿业集团济三煤矿6301工作面5次透水压力异常规律为研究对象,采用理论分析、力学建模及现场观测的方法,通过采场上覆岩层的矿压变化规律预测和现场实测,得出老顶裂断是造成顶板透水事故的主要原因。同时对综采支架的工况进行了分析,掌握了顶板异常压力的变化规律,建立了顶板控制力学模型,制订了综采支架的控制准则,并提出防止透水及顶板压力异常的控制措施,从而为类似条件的矿井安全高效开采提供理论依据。
以兗州礦業集糰濟三煤礦6301工作麵5次透水壓力異常規律為研究對象,採用理論分析、力學建模及現場觀測的方法,通過採場上覆巖層的礦壓變化規律預測和現場實測,得齣老頂裂斷是造成頂闆透水事故的主要原因。同時對綜採支架的工況進行瞭分析,掌握瞭頂闆異常壓力的變化規律,建立瞭頂闆控製力學模型,製訂瞭綜採支架的控製準則,併提齣防止透水及頂闆壓力異常的控製措施,從而為類似條件的礦井安全高效開採提供理論依據。

By taking the abnormal pressures in five water inrush accidents occurred in 6301 working face in Jining No. 3 Mine of Yanzhou Mining Group Co. , Ltd. , as the research object, through the theoretical analysis, the building of mechanical models, on-the-spot observation, the prediction and actual measurement of the strata movement law above the working face, it came to conclusion that the rupture of the main roof was the main cause of roof water inrush accidents. In the meantime, analysis was made on the operation condition of the powered supports, the variation law of abnormal roof pressure was mastered, a mechanical model for roof control was built, the control criterion for powered support was formulated, and the control measures for preventing water inrush and abnormal roof pressure were proposed, all of these provided theoretical basis for safe and efficient coal mining of mines with similar conditions.
