为了培养出符合实战需求的合格士官，简要分析了士官培训生源现状，提出通过强化教员职责、提高士官综合素养、营造良好的教风与学风等途径来提高士官的培训质量。

For purpose of training the qualified sergeants who meet the demand of real combat ,this article analyses the current situation of where sergeant training cadets come from, briefly, and suggests that the training quality can be improved via the approaches of strengthening the responsibility of teachers, promoting the ser-geants’comprehensive attainment and constructing better the teaching style and style of study , etc.
