根据金属基金刚石圆弧砂轮修整的需要,研制了杯型修整电极式电火花修整装置,并介绍了装置的结构特点。分析了修整电极与砂轮尺寸对砂轮修整圆弧廓形的影响,根据修整电极与砂轮的尺寸推导出圆弧廓形的表达式,并利用 Matlab 进行了仿真计算。结果表明:修整宽度为10 mm 的砂轮时,圆弧半径理论误差在0.02 mm 以内。通过研制的杯型修整电极式电火花修整装置进行了电火花修整实验,修整后的砂轮实际廓形与仿真廓形误差小于3μm。

An EDM (electron discharge machining) dressing device with cup electrode was developed based on the requirements of metal-bond diamond arc wheel dressing.The structure characteristics of the device were introduced.The effect of the size of metal-bond arc wheel and cup electrode on arc shape of wheel was analyzed.The formula of arc shape was deduced according to the size of cup electrode and arc wheel.Simulation was done with Matlab.Results revealed that the arc radius deviation of 10 mm wide arc wheel was within 0.02 mm.After experiments with the EDM dressing device,the shape error between dressed wheel and simulation was within 3 μm.
