基于创新扶贫方式的角度，以宁夏六盘山集中连片特困区乡村旅游业发展为例，通过分析其现状、意义和存在的问题，重点探讨五大发展对策，旨在为其乡村旅游业提出一个全新的“农村扶贫开发+乡村旅游业”集成化的发展思路，促进片区乡村旅游业在扶贫、社会、经济与生态效益方面的相互协调与可持续发展。

This essay is based on the angle of innovative ways of reducing the poor, which put the rural tourism development of Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area as an example. Article through analyzing the current situation, meaning and problems, then put forward five development strategies to the rural tourism. Its purpose is to propose a new rural tourism integrated development idea: "rural poverty alleviation + tourism" and to promote the rural tourism development that coordinated and sustainable in poverty alleviation, social, economic and ecological benefits.
