目的:综述中药及其复方制剂中的药效分子没食子酸(gallic acid ,GA )的药理和药物动力学等研究进展,为进一步研究GA提供参考。方法查阅国内外文献,总结、提炼和阐明GA的研究现状和前景。结果 GA是牡丹皮、山茱萸等中药及其复方制剂中重要的功效成分,具有明显抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抑菌和心脑血管保护等药理作用。经灌胃及静脉给药后,GA在动物体内的药代动力学过程均符合二室模型,大鼠灌胃给药的绝对生物利用度为42.9%。结论 G A作为牡丹皮等中药及其复方制剂中有效的中药分子用于开发抗心脑血管疾病、抗菌消炎、抗肿瘤的药物具有良好的前景。

목적:종술중약급기복방제제중적약효분자몰식자산(gallic acid ,GA )적약리화약물동역학등연구진전,위진일보연구GA제공삼고。방법사열국내외문헌,총결、제련화천명GA적연구현상화전경。결과 GA시모단피、산수유등중약급기복방제제중중요적공효성분,구유명현항종류、항염、항양화、억균화심뇌혈관보호등약리작용。경관위급정맥급약후,GA재동물체내적약대동역학과정균부합이실모형,대서관위급약적절대생물이용도위42.9%。결론 G A작위모단피등중약급기복방제제중유효적중약분자용우개발항심뇌혈관질병、항균소염、항종류적약물구유량호적전경。
Objective To review the pharmacological action and pharmacokinetic researches of gallic acid (GA) which is an active molecule widely distributed in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM ) and its related preparations so as to provide a comprehensive insight for the further research of GA .Methods The research progress and the future research of GA were summarized by revie-wing literatures .Results GA is an important active component which called active molecule of Chinese medicinal materials (AMC-MM) of Fructus Corni ,Cortex Moutan and their related TCM preparations .GA has significant pharmacological effects including cardio and cerebro-protective effects ,antitumor ,anti-inflammation and antibacterial activities .A two-compartment first order ab-sorption model could describe the pharmacokinetics of GA in experimental animals after intravenous and oral administration .The absolute bioavailability was 42 .9% .Conclusion GA has a good prospect of development for treating coronary heart disease and other diseases as an AMCMM from Cortex Moutan and its related TCM preparations .
