目的：通过对清洁切口手术预防使用抗菌药物的调查分析，了解我院在抗菌药物专项整治活动后抗菌药物合理使用的情况及持续效果。方法抽取2011年6和12月及2012年6和12月共1317份清洁手术病历，对各月清洁手术预防使用抗菌药物的合理性进行分析。结果抗菌药物整治活动后，我院清洁手术抗菌药物使用率、药物选择、使用时机、用法用量、疗程、联合用药等方面均有明显改善，并有持续保持的趋势。结论我院使用抗菌药物专项整治效果显著，抗菌药物合理应用管理的长效机制基本形成。
목적：통과대청길절구수술예방사용항균약물적조사분석，료해아원재항균약물전항정치활동후항균약물합리사용적정황급지속효과。방법추취2011년6화12월급2012년6화12월공1317빈청길수술병력，대각월청길수술예방사용항균약물적합이성진행분석。결과항균약물정치활동후，아원청길수술항균약물사용솔、약물선택、사용시궤、용법용량、료정、연합용약등방면균유명현개선，병유지속보지적추세。결론아원사용항균약물전항정치효과현저，항균약물합리응용관리적장효궤제기본형성。
Objective To understand the lasting effect after antimicrobial drug regulation activities through the investigation and analysis of the aseptic operation cases in our hospital .Methods The cases of 1 317 patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision operations in our hospital in June 2011 ,December 2011 ,June 2012 ,and December 2012 were analyzed .Results After antibiotics regulations , antimicrobial drug use rate ,drug selection ,postoperative drug use ,usage ,dosage ,course of treatment ,drug combination and so on all showed significant improvement ,and has a tendency to keep .Conclusion The antibiotics regulations achieved remarkable effects ,and the long-term management mechanism of rational use of antibiotics was basically formed in our hospital .
