目的：观察使用中药外治对减少尖锐湿疣患者复发的临床疗效。方法选取112例尖锐湿疣患者，分为观察组58例与对照组54例。观察组及对照组均为首次行二氧化碳激光术后患者，术后口服胸腺肽15mg，1日2次。观察组术后同时外用中药煎液，先熏蒸，再40～45℃坐浴30min后吹干，1日2次。对照组采用外涂干扰素α-2b凝胶，1日2次。2组均1个月为1疗程，随访3月。结果观察组治愈52例，复发6例，对照组治愈37例，复发17例。观察组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论对尖锐湿疣治疗后复发情况的预防，采用中药外治，能显著降低尖锐湿疣的复发率，且安全可靠。
목적：관찰사용중약외치대감소첨예습우환자복발적림상료효。방법선취112례첨예습우환자，분위관찰조58례여대조조54례。관찰조급대조조균위수차행이양화탄격광술후환자，술후구복흉선태15mg，1일2차。관찰조술후동시외용중약전액，선훈증，재40～45℃좌욕30min후취간，1일2차。대조조채용외도간우소α-2b응효，1일2차。2조균1개월위1료정，수방3월。결과관찰조치유52례，복발6례，대조조치유37례，복발17례。관찰조료효명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의。결론대첨예습우치료후복발정황적예방，채용중약외치，능현저강저첨예습우적복발솔，차안전가고。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment to reduce the recurrence of con-dyloma acuminatum patients .Methods 112 cases of patients of our hospital with condyloma acuminatum were divided into obser-vation group (58 cases) and control group (54 cases) .Observation group and control group were the first diagnosed as condyloma acuminatum .After carbon dioxide laser treatment ,all the patients orally took Thymopeptides Enteric-coated Tablets ,15 mg , twice a day .Meanwhile ,observation group with traditional Chinese medicine for external use fumigated first ,then in the 40-45 ℃sit bath for half an hour ,twice a day .Control group used topical interferon alpha 2b gel ,twice a day .One course of treatment was 1 month ,then following up for 3 months .Results The observation group cured 52 cases ,6 cases recurred ,while in control group ,37 cases cured and 17 cases recurred .Conclusion The observation group had better effect than control group ,and the difference was statistically significant .For prevention of the relapse after laser treatment ,using traditional Chinese medicine ex-ternal treatment ,not only can effectively control the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum ,but also be safe and reliable .There-fore ,it can be widely applied in clinic .
