目的：设计合成两类用于主动靶向脂质体的新型脂质材料。方法以天然产物胆固醇和乳糖酸或α-亚麻酸为原料，以6-氨基-1-己醇为连接臂制得两类新型脂质材料，所得中间体和目标产物的化学结构经熔点、IR、1 H NMR和质谱进行鉴定。结果所得中间体和产物的化学结构与目标物结构一致。结论成功构建了两类新型脂质材料，为靶向脂质体的制备提供载体材料。
목적：설계합성량류용우주동파향지질체적신형지질재료。방법이천연산물담고순화유당산혹α-아마산위원료，이6-안기-1-기순위련접비제득량류신형지질재료，소득중간체화목표산물적화학결구경용점、IR、1 H NMR화질보진행감정。결과소득중간체화산물적화학결구여목표물결구일치。결론성공구건료량류신형지질재료，위파향지질체적제비제공재체재료。
Objective To synthesize two novel lipid materials for the preparation of targeted liposome .Method Starting with choles-terol and lactobionic acid or α-linolenic acid ,two lipid materials based on cholesterol were obtained by using 6-amino-1-hexanol as the linker .The chemical structures of the target products were confirmed by IR ,1 H NMR ,MS and melting point .Results The structures of the obtained compounds were in accordance with the desired compounds .Conclusion Two new lipid materials were successfully constructed ,which can be further used as the carriers for preparation of the targeted liposomes .
