目的：研究金黄扶正散对免疫抑制小鼠脾细胞凋亡的影响。方法建立免疫抑制小鼠模型，金黄扶正散低、中、高剂量组分别连续给小鼠灌胃10 d ，小鼠处死后，取脾，比色法测定乳酸脱氢酶和酸性磷酸酶活性；采用 TUNEL 染色法观察脾细胞凋亡情况。结果与环磷酰胺组比较，金黄扶正散低、中、高剂量组可明显提高免疫抑制小鼠的乳酸脱氢酶和酸性磷酸酶活性（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）；与正常对照组比较，环磷酰胺组凋亡指数显著性提高（ P＜0．05）；金黄扶正散中、高剂量组凋亡指数与环磷酰胺组比较显著性下降（ P＜0．01，P＜0．05）。结论金黄扶正散可抑制免疫抑制小鼠脾细胞凋亡，降低凋亡指数。
목적：연구금황부정산대면역억제소서비세포조망적영향。방법건립면역억제소서모형，금황부정산저、중、고제량조분별련속급소서관위10 d ，소서처사후，취비，비색법측정유산탈경매화산성린산매활성；채용 TUNEL 염색법관찰비세포조망정황。결과여배린선알조비교，금황부정산저、중、고제량조가명현제고면역억제소서적유산탈경매화산성린산매활성（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）；여정상대조조비교，배린선알조조망지수현저성제고（ P＜0．05）；금황부정산중、고제량조조망지수여배린선알조비교현저성하강（ P＜0．01，P＜0．05）。결론금황부정산가억제면역억제소서비세포조망，강저조망지수。
Objective To investigate the effects of Jinhuangfuzheng Powders on the apoptosis of spleen cells in immunosuppressive mice .Methods Jinhuangfuzheng Powders were administrated to the immunosuppressive mice orally for 10 days and the nice were sacrificed after last administration .LDH and ACP activity were measured in the spleen suspension .Detection of apoptosis was performed by TUNEL staining assays .Results Compared with CTX group ,LDH and ACP activities on low ,middle ,high dose group of Jinhuangfuzheng Powders were increased significantly (P<0 .01 ,P<0 .05) .Compared with the control group ,the ap-optosis index in the CTX group was increased significantly (P<0 .05) .Compared with CTX group ,the apoptosis index of JH-M and JH-H groups was decreased significantly (P<0 .01 ,P<0 .05) .The apoptosis index of JH-L groups had no obvious change (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Jinhuangfuzheng Powders can inhibit the apoptosis of spleen cells ,and reduce the apoptotic index .
