目的:采用 HPLC法同时测定腰腿痛丸中麻黄碱、士的宁和马钱子碱的含量。方法采用 HPLC法。色谱柱为安捷伦C18色谱柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm);流动相为乙腈-1 mL · L -1磷酸(12∶88);流速为1.0 mL · min-1;检测波长为210和254 nm ;柱温为30℃。结果麻黄碱在1.0~25μg·mL -1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.7%;士的宁在2.0~50μg·mL -1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.1%;马钱子碱在2~50μg·mL -1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.9%。3批腰腿痛丸中麻黄碱、士的宁及马钱子碱的平均含量分别为93.1,106.7和76.8μg · g -1。结论该方法灵敏,精密度好,结果准确可靠。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ephedrine ,strychnine and brucine in Yaotuitong Pills .Methods The samples were separated on an Agilent C18 (250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5μm) at 30 ℃ and detected at 210 and 254 nm .The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-1 mL · L -1 phosphoric acid (12 ∶ 88 ) with a flow rate of 1 .0 mL · min-1 . Results The linear ranges of ephedrine ,strychnine and brucine were 1 .0-25 μg · mL -1 (r=0 .999 9) ,2 .0-50 μg · mL -1 (r=0 .999 8) ,2 .0-50 μg · mL -1 (r=0 .999 9) and the average recoveries were 98 .7% ,99 .1% and 97 .9% .The average contents of ephedrine ,strychnine and brucine in three batches of Yaotuitong Pills were 93 .1 ,106 .7 and 76 .8μg · g -1 .Conclusion The meth-od is sensitive ,accurate ,and can be used to control the quality of Yaotuitong Pills .
