目的:用响应曲面法优选喜树碱的超声提取工艺。方法以提取时间、提取温度和料液比为考察因素,用 HPLC-DAD法测定喜树碱的含量,通过响应曲面法优化喜树碱超声提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为提取温度49℃,提取时间2.5h,料液比1∶17。结论响应曲面法筛选的喜树碱提取工艺稳定、可行。

목적:용향응곡면법우선희수감적초성제취공예。방법이제취시간、제취온도화료액비위고찰인소,용 HPLC-DAD법측정희수감적함량,통과향응곡면법우화희수감초성제취공예。결과최가제취공예위제취온도49℃,제취시간2.5h,료액비1∶17。결론향응곡면법사선적희수감제취공예은정、가행。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of camptothecin (CPT) by response surface methodology(RSM) .Meth-od RSM was used to optimize the extraction process of CPT by optimizing the extraction temperature ,extraction time and ratio of material to liquid .The content of CPT was determined by HPLC-DAD .Results The optimal extraction parameters were as fol-lows :extraction temperature 49 ℃ ,extraction time 2 .5 h and the ratio of material to liquid 1∶17 .Conclusion The established ex-traction technology is stable and feasible .
