目的：探讨半仿生-酶法在提取不同中药及成分类别中的应用。方法以甘草、槐米和黄连3种中药为研究对象，分别以甘草酸、芦丁和小檗碱含量及干浸膏得率为指标，通过与其他方法比较，研究半仿生-酶法对上述不同有效成分的提取效果，探讨该提取方法的适用范围。结果半仿生-酶法与水提法、酶法、半仿生提取法比较，半仿生-酶法提取不同类别有效成分都具有一定优势；相对于其他药材，半仿生-酶法对甘草中主要成分的提取效率更高。结论半仿生-酶法更加适用于水溶性成分的提取。
목적：탐토반방생-매법재제취불동중약급성분유별중적응용。방법이감초、괴미화황련3충중약위연구대상，분별이감초산、호정화소벽감함량급간침고득솔위지표，통과여기타방법비교，연구반방생-매법대상술불동유효성분적제취효과，탐토해제취방법적괄용범위。결과반방생-매법여수제법、매법、반방생제취법비교，반방생-매법제취불동유별유효성분도구유일정우세；상대우기타약재，반방생-매법대감초중주요성분적제취효솔경고。결론반방생-매법경가괄용우수용성성분적제취。
Objective To explore the application of semi-bionic enzyme extraction for extracting different ingredients in different herbs .Methods Three herbs like licorice root ,sophora flower bud and coptis were studied ,and the contents of glycyrrhizic acid , rutin ,berberine and dry extract yield were used as evaluation index .Semi-bionic extraction was compared with other extraction methods to discuss its application scope .Results Among the several different extraction methods ,semi-bionic enzyme extraction scored higher in composite score than any other methods and had some advantages ;when compared with other herbs ,semi-bionic enzyme extraction could extract more ingredients from licorice .Conclusion There are certain advantages in extracting water-solu-ble components by semi-bionic extraction .
