为了研究水力自控翻板闸门在多泥沙河流应用时淤沙压力对闸门开启的影响,基于力矩平衡原理,建立考虑淤沙压力作用的翻板闸门力矩平衡公式。利用该公式对新疆某多泥沙河流复合运动式水力自控翻板闸门闸前无淤沙和不同淤沙高度工况下闸门的开启过程进行对比计算,并绘制了闸门开启曲线。算例计算结果表明淤沙压力将使闸门的启门水位抬高,并引起闸门运行时闸前的水位波动和闸门运转的不稳定,严重时将危及上游河道安全。

This paper investigates the effects of sediment pressure on the opening of a hydraulic automatic control flap gate in sandy rivers. To do that, we consider the effects of sediment pressure based on the principle of moment balance and established the formula of moment balance by comparing the estimation the opening process of the gate with un-sediment and different height of the sediment on the type of composite motion flap gate in sandy river of Xingjian and drawing the opening curve of the gate. The results of the experiments show that the sediment pressure controls the level of gate opening, induces variation of the water level and the unstable rotation of the gate.
