大力发展校外实习、实践场所，鼓励校企合作兴建实习、实践基地，加强学生的实践动手能力，是提高普通高等教育质量的重要手段。随着大量学生离开学校，赴外地参加实习、实践，学生的安全管理暴露出越来越严重的问题。笔者对农科院校的本科学生在校外实习、实践的安全管理机制进行了探讨，为相关院校农科专业学生校外实习、实践的安全管理提供参考。

It is an important way to improve the quality of higher education through developing the off-campus internship practice, encouraging widely establishment of internship practice bases in a cooperative way between college and enterprise and enhancing students' practical ability. With a large number of students involving in off-campus internship practice, issues existing in safe management of students become more and more serious. The safety management mechanism in the off-campus internship practice of the students of the agricultural colleges and universities is discussed and it will provided a reference for the safe management of off-campus internship students of agronomy major of relevant colleges and universities.
