采用探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)和聚类分析等方法,通过ArcGIS和GeoDA软件,评价宁夏县域生态效益,结合宁夏县域生态系统服务价值的ESDA分析,确定宁夏县域生态补偿的主客体。结果表明:红寺堡区、泾源县、彭阳县等区域生活条件恶劣,发展困难,但生态环境建设意义重大,而银川市辖区、石嘴山市辖区和灵武市等区域经济发达且ECPS等级很低,后者应对前者进行生态补偿。

The exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) and cluster analysis methods etc. were used to make a county ecological benefit evaluation in Ningxia by ArcGIS and GeoDA software and the subject and object of the county ecological compensation in Ningxia were determined in combination with the ecosystem service value ESDA analysis. The results show that the areas such as Hongsipu , Jingyuan and Pengyang counties are facing poor living conditions and development difficulties, but it has great significance to make ecological environment construction in these areas. But those developed areas such as Yinchuan, Shizuishan and Lingwu municipalities have low ECPS level and should give ecological compensation to the former poor areas.
