对新疆页岩的烧结砖烧结机理做了分析研究。首先研究了其理化性能指标,其次进行了梯度炉实验,研究页岩在不同温度下的烧结过程,阐述了新疆页岩烧结机理为液相烧结,烧成温度范围为850℃~1050℃。根据国家标准规定计算出页岩最佳烧成温度为950℃。最后对页岩试样成品性能进行检测,结果显示烧成温度为950℃试样综合性能最佳。

In this paper, the firing mechanism of shale in Xinjiang is researched. First, the physical and chemical indexes are experimentally analyzed. Second, the firing conditions of shale in different temperatures are researched by the gradient furnace experiments. The firing process is analyzed by the thermal analysis result and the x-ray diffraction patterns in different firing temperatures. The firing mechanism is expounded. The firing process is liquid phase firing. The firing temperature range is from 850℃to 1050℃. The optimum firing temperature is 950 ℃calculated according to the national standards. At last, the test show that the performances of samples are best when fired in the optimum firing temperature.
