目的：比较钢板内固定与闭合复位治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法根据治疗方式，将80例跟骨骨折患者分为Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组，每组各40例，Ⅰ组患者在闭合复位后行空心螺钉内固定术，Ⅱ组患者在切开复位后行钢板内固定术。结果Ⅰ组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、并发症方面均明显优于Ⅱ组患者（P＜0.05）；两组患者的影像学观察结果和Maryland评分比较差异均不具有显著性（P＞0.05）。结论闭合复位螺钉内固定术治疗跟骨骨折，不仅复位良好、固定可靠，且手术用时短、术后并发症少，是治疗跟骨骨折的理想方法。
목적：비교강판내고정여폐합복위치료근골골절적림상효과。방법근거치료방식，장80례근골골절환자분위Ⅰ조화Ⅱ조，매조각40례，Ⅰ조환자재폐합복위후행공심라정내고정술，Ⅱ조환자재절개복위후행강판내고정술。결과Ⅰ조환자재수술시간、술중출혈량、병발증방면균명현우우Ⅱ조환자（P＜0.05）；량조환자적영상학관찰결과화Maryland평분비교차이균불구유현저성（P＞0.05）。결론폐합복위라정내고정술치료근골골절，불부복위량호、고정가고，차수술용시단、술후병발증소，시치료근골골절적이상방법。
Objective The comparison with closed reduction and plate fixation of calcaneal fractures clinical results. Method According to treatment, 80 patients with calcaneal fractures were divided into groupⅠandⅡgroups of 40 cases,Ⅰgroup of patients after closed reduction, line cannulated screw ifxation,Ⅱgroup of patients after open reduction, inline plate ifxation. Result Ⅰpatients in operative time, blood loss, complications, were signiifcantly better than in groupⅡ(P<0.05);imaging observations and Maryland score two groups of patients, the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05). Conclusion Closed reduction and screw ifxation of calcaneal fractures, only good reduction, ifxed and reliable, and took a short surgery, fewer complications, is an ideal method for the treatment of calcaneal fractures.
