目的：研究慢性再生障碍性贫血（AA）患者的细胞因子水平与中医证型的相关性。方法采用双抗体夹心 ELISA 法检测34例慢性 AA 患者的外周血γ干扰素（IFN -γ）、肿瘤坏死因子（IFN -γ）、白细胞介素-2（IL -2）、白细胞介素-3（IL -3）、白细胞介素-10（IL -10）和转化生长因子β（TGF -β）水平。结果 AA 患者肾阴虚型和肾阳虚型与细胞分子的关系分析，IL -2在肾阳虚组中明显升高，在肾阴虚证中明显降低（P ＝0.008）。中医证型与观察指标分层讨论中显示，肾阳虚型和肾阴虚型在细胞因子的变化上有明显不同，这可能进一步说明包括 IFN -γ、TNF -α、IL -2、IL -3、IL -10和 TGF -β在内的多种细因子与中医辨证的内在关系，虽然不是所有的一一对等，但具有明显的统计学差异。结论中医证型与 IFN -γ、TNF -α、IL -2、IL -3、IL -10和 TGF -β存在明显相关性，IFN -γ、TNF -α、IL -2、IL -3、IL -10和 TGF -β可能作为中医辨证的客观参考依据。
목적：연구만성재생장애성빈혈（AA）환자적세포인자수평여중의증형적상관성。방법채용쌍항체협심 ELISA 법검측34례만성 AA 환자적외주혈γ간우소（IFN -γ）、종류배사인자（IFN -γ）、백세포개소-2（IL -2）、백세포개소-3（IL -3）、백세포개소-10（IL -10）화전화생장인자β（TGF -β）수평。결과 AA 환자신음허형화신양허형여세포분자적관계분석，IL -2재신양허조중명현승고，재신음허증중명현강저（P ＝0.008）。중의증형여관찰지표분층토론중현시，신양허형화신음허형재세포인자적변화상유명현불동，저가능진일보설명포괄 IFN -γ、TNF -α、IL -2、IL -3、IL -10화 TGF -β재내적다충세인자여중의변증적내재관계，수연불시소유적일일대등，단구유명현적통계학차이。결론중의증형여 IFN -γ、TNF -α、IL -2、IL -3、IL -10화 TGF -β존재명현상관성，IFN -γ、TNF -α、IL -2、IL -3、IL -10화 TGF -β가능작위중의변증적객관삼고의거。
Objective To study the correlation between cytokine level and TCM patterns/ syndromes in the patients of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA). Methods The double - antibody sandwich ELISA method was adopted to determine the levels of IFN - γ,TNF - α,IL - 2,IL - 3,IL - 10 and TGF - β in the peripher-al blood of 34 CAA patients. Results In analysis on the correlation in CAA patients of kidney yin deficiency pattern and kidney yang deficiency pattern with cytokine,the results showed that IL - 2 was increased obvi-ously in kidney yang deficiency group and was reduced apparently in kidney yin deficiency group( P =0. 008). The hierarchic discussion between TCM patterns/ syndromes and observation indexes showed that the changes in cytokines were obviously different between kidney yang deficiency pattern and kidney yin deficien-cy pattern. It further explained possibly the relationship of many cytokines including IFN - γ,TNF - α,IL -2,IL - 3,IL - 10 and TGF - β with TCM pattern/ syndrome differentiation,but indicating the obviously signif-icant differences. Conclusion TCM patterns/ syndromes are correlated apparently with IFN - γ,TNF - α,IL- 2,IL - 3,IL - 10 and TGF - β. IFN - γ,TNF - α,IL - 2,IL - 3,IL - 10 and TGF - β are possibly taken as the objective references to the pattern/ syndrome differentiation in TCM.
