目的：观察股骨近端防旋髓内针（PFNA）结合中医方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法2011年1月~2013年12月，采用微创 PFNA 治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者20例，均于伤后1周内 C 型臂 X 线机透视下闭合复位后采用 PFNA 内固定治疗。结果20例患者，优14例，良4例，中2例，优良率为90.0%。术后随诊6~23个月，1例出现下肢腓总神经损伤症状，1例出现肺部感染，其余患者皆获满意疗效。结论 PFNA 结合中医治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折，取得满意疗效，利于骨折愈合。
목적：관찰고골근단방선수내침（PFNA）결합중의방법치료노년고골조륭간골절적림상료효。방법2011년1월~2013년12월，채용미창 PFNA 치료노년고골조륭간골절환자20례，균우상후1주내 C 형비 X 선궤투시하폐합복위후채용 PFNA 내고정치료。결과20례환자，우14례，량4례，중2례，우량솔위90.0%。술후수진6~23개월，1례출현하지비총신경손상증상，1례출현폐부감염，기여환자개획만의료효。결론 PFNA 결합중의치료노년고골조륭간골절，취득만의료효，리우골절유합。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of PFNA(proximal femoral nail anti - rota-tion)and Chinese medicine on senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture(IFF). Methods From January 2011 to December 2013,20 cases of senile IFF were treated with minimally invasive PFNA. In 1 week after injury, after the close reduction under C - type arm X - ray image machine,PFNA internal fixation was applied. Re-sults There were 1 case of peroneal nerve injury and 1 case of pulmonary infection. The satisfactory effect was achieved in the rest patients. In follow - up visit of 6 to 23 months after surgery,14 cases were excellent, 4 cases were good and 2 cases were fair in evaluation. The excellent and good rate was 90% . Conclusion PFNA combined with Chinese medicine achieves the satisfactory efficacy on senile IFF and promotes the healing after fracture.
