Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang%Formula Granules%Decoction%Immune System
目的:观察黄芪桂枝五物汤配方颗粒与汤剂对气虚冻伤大鼠免疫系统的作用。方法将40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、气虚冻伤模型组(模型组)、气虚冻伤模型组加黄芪桂枝五物汤传统汤剂组(传统汤剂组)、气虚冻伤模型组加黄芪桂枝五物汤配方颗粒剂组(配方颗粒剂组)每组10只。正常对照组动物不造模不施加任何刺激,自然饲养。造模后第2天,正常对照组与模型组灌胃等量生理盐水,传统汤剂组、配方颗粒剂组给予相当于生药材量4.8 g·kg -1·d -1的黄芪桂枝五物汤灌胃。利用 ELISA 试剂盒检测气虚冻伤大鼠的白细胞介素-1α(IL -1α)、白细胞介素-2(IL -2)、白细胞介素-6(IL -6)、肿瘤坏死因子β(TNF -β)等指标。结果传统汤剂组、配方颗粒剂组 IL -1α、IL -2、IL -6、TNF -β与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05);其中配方颗粒剂组 IL -1α、IL-2、IL -6的影响较传统汤剂组的影响较弱,两组比较差异具有统计学意义( P ﹤0.05)。结论传统汤剂组与配方颗粒剂组均能调节气虚冻伤大鼠的免疫力,但配方颗粒在免疫调节方面的功效较弱。

목적:관찰황기계지오물탕배방과립여탕제대기허동상대서면역계통적작용。방법장40지대서수궤분위정상대조조、기허동상모형조(모형조)、기허동상모형조가황기계지오물탕전통탕제조(전통탕제조)、기허동상모형조가황기계지오물탕배방과립제조(배방과립제조)매조10지。정상대조조동물불조모불시가임하자격,자연사양。조모후제2천,정상대조조여모형조관위등량생리염수,전통탕제조、배방과립제조급여상당우생약재량4.8 g·kg -1·d -1적황기계지오물탕관위。이용 ELISA 시제합검측기허동상대서적백세포개소-1α(IL -1α)、백세포개소-2(IL -2)、백세포개소-6(IL -6)、종류배사인자β(TNF -β)등지표。결과전통탕제조、배방과립제조 IL -1α、IL -2、IL -6、TNF -β여모형조비교,차이구유통계학의의(P ﹤0.05);기중배방과립제조 IL -1α、IL-2、IL -6적영향교전통탕제조적영향교약,량조비교차이구유통계학의의( P ﹤0.05)。결론전통탕제조여배방과립제조균능조절기허동상대서적면역력,단배방과립재면역조절방면적공효교약。
Objective To observe the effect on immune system in the rats of frostbite differentiated as qi deficiency treated with the formula granules and decoction of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang. Methods Forty rats were randomized into a normal control group,a qi deficiency frostbite model group(model group), a traditional decoction group(model group + decoction of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang group)and a formula granules group(model group + formula granules of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang group),10 rats in each one. In the normal control group,the animals were not modeled and stimulated,but fed freely. On the 2nd day of modeling,the physiological saline of equal dose was used for gastric infusion in the normal control and model groups. The corresponding raw herbal material,4. 8 g·kg - 1 ·d - 1 was for gastric infusion in the traditional decoction group and formula granules group. ELISA kit was used to determine the levels of IL - 1 ,IL - 2,IL- 6 and TNF - β. Results The differences in IL - 1 ,IL - 2,IL - 6 and TNF - β in the traditional decoc-tion group and formula granules group were significant as compared with those in the model group( P ﹤0. 05). The impacts on IL - 1 ,IL - 2 and IL - 6 in the formula granules group were weaker than those in the traditional decoction group(P ﹤ 0. 05),indicating the significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Both traditional decoction group and formula granules group can regulate the immunity of the rats with frostbite dif-ferentiated as qi deficiency,but the formula granules has weaker action of immune regulation.
