目的:研究中医不同治法及复方对大鼠急性酒精性胃黏膜损伤的预防和治疗效果。方法建立酒精所致大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的模型,用 ELASE 法测定胃黏膜组织匀浆后的白细胞介素-2(IL -2)、白细胞介素-6(IL -6)、白细胞介素-10(IL -10)以及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)含量的变化。结果柴胡疏肝散组、保和丸组、黄芪建中汤组分别能升高15、30及60 min 大鼠胃液中 IL -2含量。保和丸组30 min 时大鼠胃液中 IL -6含量最高。黄芪建中汤组和丹参饮合失笑散组均能显著降低酒精作用15 min 后大鼠胃液 IL -10含量。酒精损伤30及60 min 时,各个方药组大鼠胃液中 IL -10含量均显著降低,其中作用最强的是丹参饮合失笑散组。酒精作用15、30及60 min 时各个方药均能使大鼠胃液 TNF 含量显著降低,其中15 min 时黄芪建中汤组作用最强,30 min 时丹参饮合失笑散组作用最强,60 min 时黄芪建中汤组作用最强。结论不同方证中药在抗炎、降低炎性介质等方面均可起到有效作用,其结果的不同可为临床治疗急性酒精性胃黏膜损伤性疾病提供科学的选药组方规律以及指导意义。

목적:연구중의불동치법급복방대대서급성주정성위점막손상적예방화치료효과。방법건립주정소치대서급성위점막손상적모형,용 ELASE 법측정위점막조직균장후적백세포개소-2(IL -2)、백세포개소-6(IL -6)、백세포개소-10(IL -10)이급종류배사인자(TNF)함량적변화。결과시호소간산조、보화환조、황기건중탕조분별능승고15、30급60 min 대서위액중 IL -2함량。보화환조30 min 시대서위액중 IL -6함량최고。황기건중탕조화단삼음합실소산조균능현저강저주정작용15 min 후대서위액 IL -10함량。주정손상30급60 min 시,각개방약조대서위액중 IL -10함량균현저강저,기중작용최강적시단삼음합실소산조。주정작용15、30급60 min 시각개방약균능사대서위액 TNF 함량현저강저,기중15 min 시황기건중탕조작용최강,30 min 시단삼음합실소산조작용최강,60 min 시황기건중탕조작용최강。결론불동방증중약재항염、강저염성개질등방면균가기도유효작용,기결과적불동가위림상치료급성주정성위점막손상성질병제공과학적선약조방규률이급지도의의。
Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effects on acute alcoholic gastric mu-cosal damage treated with different methods and compound formulas of TCM in the rats. Methods The rat model of alcohol - induced acute gastric mucosal damage was prepared. ELASE was used to determine the levels of IL - 2,IL - 6,IL - 10 and TNF in the gastric mucosal tissue homogenate. Results IL - 2 level in gastric juice was increased in 15min,30min and 60min in Chaihu Shugan San group,Baohe Wan group and Huangqi Jianzhong Tang group separately. IL - 6 level was the highest in 30min in Baohe Wan group. IL - 10 level was decreased significantly in 15min in Huangqi Jianzong Tang group and the mixed group of Danshen Yin and Shixiao San. In 30min and 60min after alcoholic damage,IL - 10 level was decreased significantly in each formula group,in which,the effect was the strongest in the mixed group of Danshen Yin and Shixiao San. In 15min,30min and 60min after alcoholic effect,TNF level was decreased significantly in each group,in which,the effect was the strongest in 15min in Huangqi Jianzhong Tang group,it was the strongest in 30min in the mixed group of Danshen Yin and Shixiao San and was the strongest in 60min in the Huangqi Jianzhong Tang group. Conclusion All of the formulas are effective in anti - inflammation and reducing the levels of inflammatory factors. The different effects provide the rules and guides for the scientific composition of formu-la in the clinical treatment of acute alcoholic gastric mucosal damage.
