基于可持续发展视角,将中国物流人才划分成入学型和入业型两种类型,提出了以科学研究和创业实践为基础的“做中学”模式,不仅有助于整合入学型和入业型物流人才的知识和能力结构,而且有助于在不同层次的高等院校实现不同程度的学与业集成,从而推动中国物流教育可持续发展。

In this paper, from the sustainable development perspective, we divided the Chinese logistics talents into two classes which were study-oriented and work-oriented respectively, proposed the learning-in-work mode for the logistics disciplines on the basis of the practices of scientific research and entrepreneurship education, and at the end introduced the significance of the mode.
