TPS在生产领域尤其是汽车制造领域的成功应用有目共睹，TPS同样可以应用在备件领域，并有不俗的表现。介绍了TPS在广汽丰田备件系统的应用，从广汽丰田备件系统的使命及格局、备件销售分析及JIT调达计划、仓库保管作业及运输等方面全面系统地阐述了广汽丰田运用TPS思想构筑的备件供应链体系。实践表明，备件系统不仅得到顾客的满意，有力地促进了销售，还带来了一定的经济效益。

In this paper, we introduced the application of TPS in the spare parts inventory system of GTMC as well as the service parts supply chain system of the company established in line with the TPS thinking, and at the end, demonstrated that the service parts system not only led to higher customer satisfaction, but also helped boost sales, leading to better economic benefit.
